If you have a question about a product or service, please reach out to your individual provider. 

Cancellation Policy

Online Modifying – Your appointments can be modified by you through your online account up until 48-hrs of your appointment time. After 48-hrs you will need to contact Beauty Lounge directly, to modify via phone or text your service provider directly. 

 

Deposit -  Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. Deposits are to be paid immediatly. Late

 

Arrival – If you find yourself running late, be sure to contact Beauty Lounge ASAP. Arriving late may result in having to modify or reschedule your appointment, however you are still responsible for full price of original appointment.

 

Canceling/Rescheduling - If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please provide a 24 – 48 hr notice by contacting Beauty Lounge by PHONE (502.251.1070) or TEXT your provider directly even if it falls after hours.

No Call, No Show/last minute cancellations/rescheduled appts- Due to the frequency at which we contact you about your upon coming appointments, anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”, and will be responsible for missed service fees.

 

*Cancelation within 24 hours of appointment/no call, no show -Your card on file will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service amount + 3.5% credit card processing fee.
